Tales of Somewhere Else

A story for the Star-born. A word for the Windsinger. A smile for the Moon Knight. And a glare for the Story-eater. Tales of Somewhere Else is a collection of fantasy short stories set in the same world as Ashley Hutchison’s The Garden of the Golden Children. In the far future the Academy lies in ruins, the Council House is empty, and Somewhere has long been deserted. But life the people of the Rise sacrifice books to the story-eaters, a Windsinger learns the power of voice, and the eternal battle-waltz of Time and Death still shapes the entire world of Everwhere in a hundred different ways.
